Liquid Named the Best African Wholesale Carrier for the 11th Consecutive Year

Liquid Intelligent Technologies has announced that they have been named the Best African Wholesale Carrier for the 11th consecutive year.

Liquid Intelligent Technologies, a pan-African technology company, a business of Cassava Technologies, has been named the Best African Wholesale Carrier for the 11th consecutive year at The Global Carrier Awards ceremony in London yesterday.

These annual awards are the most prestigious in the wholesale telecoms industry with a record-breaking number of 283 entries received this year. The awards are a prominent global celebration of the wholesale market recognising innovation, vision, and excellence, and honouring the biggest accomplishments from across the industry over the last 12 months.

This year Liquid beat off competition from Globe Teleservices, LANCK Telecom and MTN GlobalConnect which were all shortlisted in the Best African Wholesale Carrier category.

We are proud to have been named Best African Wholesale Carrier for the past 11 years, and winning this award reiterates our investment into building Africa’s largest fibre backbone. Our vision is to create a digitally connected future that leaves no African behind, and access to high-speed connectivity is vital for the realisation of this vision.

David Eurin,CEO, Liquid Dataport

Winning this award for 11 years in a row confirms Liquid’s position as the wholesale provider of choice across Africa for operators of all sizes from across the globe. Over the past year the organisation has continued to invest in its fibre, satellite and wireless networks, and expand the range of services and product it offers to its wholesale customers.
