Airtel Networks Zambia Plc informed its customers of a system failure affecting service subscriptions, including Airtel Money, on December 3rd, 2023. Engineers worked diligently to rectify the issue, and services were fully restored on short codes 115 and 117, as well as the MyAirtel App.
Despite the inconvenience caused, Airtel extended its sincere apologies and expresses gratitude for the patience and support shown by valued customers during this period of service interruption.
