Africell, the mobile operator based in Angola has announced its plans to expand to Huambo, Cabinda, Huila, and Zaire this year.
Until now Africell has only had a presence in Luanda and Benguela with over 7 million subscribers.
Africell is interested in sharing infrastructure so that the operators that are part of the market can jointly leverage what already exists in the country.
