Kenyan Fintech Start-up to be a part of the Ninja Acceleration Program

One of Kenya’s rising Fintech companies and digital banking platform, Kwara has been selected to be a part of the Japan International Cooperation Agency’s (JICA) Ninja Acceleration Program in Kenya.

JICA’s Ninja Acceleration Program aims at bridging the distance between Kenyan startups to Japan.  Out of the 178 applicants, 5 have been selected for the accelerator, Kwara being one of them.

In the course of the Acceleration program, The start-ups including Kwara will reap the benefits of tailor-made coaching by Japanese corporates, investors, and partners. The startups then will take part in a Global Road Show in Tokyo and Silicon Valley in 2022.

The program apart from substantially helping the diplomatic bonds between Kenya and Japan will also help the steadily rising Kenyan startups in getting international exposure and help them in creating a global base for their future operations.
