SABC Seeks a Partner for Five-Year DTH Solution Contract

SABC issues RFP for a partner to provide a comprehensive five-year Direct-to-Home (DTH) solution.

The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the appointment of a service provider to partner with SABC and supply a Direct-to-Home (DTH) solution for a period of five years. The RFP, numbered RFP/DTT/2024/10244589/17, outlines the expected bid process and key dates for interested bidders.

The bid advertisement date is set for July 11, 2024, with bid documents available on the National Treasury’s tender portal and the SABC website. A compulsory briefing session is scheduled for July 18, 2024, at 10:00 AM SAST. Non-attendance at this session will lead to disqualification.

The SABC will not be responsible for any failures or delays in the email transmission or receipt of the bid, including incomplete bids, file size issues, or security concerns.
