Telkom Foundation Launches Initiative to Support Grade 12 Mathematics Learners

Telkom Foundation’s new initiative aims to enhance mathematics education for 180 Grade 12 learners in Ga-Maake Village.

Telkom Foundation has announced an empowering initiative aimed at providing support for Grade 12 mathematics learners in Ga-Maake Village.

The event, which took place at the Community Hall on 26 July 2024, is set to benefit as many as 180 mathematics students from seven surrounding schools.

This initiative, led by the Telkom Foundation and supported by Lightbulb Edtech, is poised to accelerate mathematics education in Ga-Maake Village, including a lecture that will emphasise a geometric interpretation approach to learning mathematical concepts. This method is expected to enhance the quality of mathematics education in the Thabina and Mafarana circuits, benefiting both learners and teachers.
