In partnership with Ministry of ICT and Innovation, Rwanda, MTN Rwanda were in Kirehe District. They launched #ConnectRwanda 2.0 to unveil an affordable 4G-enabled smartphone named IKOSORA+, with the aim to increase affordability of smartphones in Rwanda.
