He implemented international best practices that have positioned Turkcell as an exemplary company in terms of balance sheet management and exchange rate risk. Aksu further solidified Turkcell’s standing in both local and international capital markets, pioneering initiatives like Asset-Backed Securities issuance, a first for non-bank entities, along with ventures into financial bills, lease certificates, and Eurobonds.
