Vodafone has disclosed that Hatem Dowidar, the CEO of e& is going to be joining them as a non-executive director board member. The new seat of Dowidar has been kept to ensure the 14.6% stake of e& in Vodafone. The duo of companies are reportedly going to be working on advancing the development of OpenRAN.
