stc Group, the leading digital enabler in the Middle East, announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, Telefonica Group, to enhance cooperation opportunities and exchange experiences in various sectors in the Middle East.
This agreement will enable the stc group to cover more than 65 markets in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, in partnership with many telecom operators, by joining the Telefonica Group Partner Program.
stc Group and its subsidiaries will work with Telefonica Group to explore joint business opportunities in various technical fields, including cybersecurity, cloud computing, Internet of Things, big data, technology, innovation, procurement services, as well as other strategic areas in the business and individuals sectors.
This agreement is in line with the stc DARE 2.0 strategy, as the agreement aims to cooperate and exchange experiences in the field of artificial intelligence technologies, cyber security, human resources and academics. It will also contribute to enhancing innovation, investments, business efficiency, procurement services and technology Metaverse.
This agreement will raise the level of services provided to customers in the business and consumer sectors. This strategic partnership will serve stc’s regional and global role in building innovative solutions to maintain the digital transformation leadership in the Middle East and North Africa region.
