SEACOM Outlines its 2023 Vision at the Evolve Business Forum

SEACOM has announced its vision and plans for East Africa in 2023 at the Evolve Business Forum.

SEACOM took to the stage of the Evolve business forum to outline its plans and vision for East Africa in 2023. Among them was SEACOM’s latest security offerings.

Today, hybridity defines the workplace experience. With this way of working comes the need for new connections and the means for enterprises to support and, most importantly, secure their employees, infrastructure, and data. Solutions such as SASE allow us to consolidate the security tools clients are already using, bringing the multiple applications and mechanisms they use to protect their data and systems together into a single solution. With that process, we can achieve a significant reduction in both system complexity and cost.

Security skills are the hardest to find within IT, and the best people are in demand. With the help of our partners, we can leverage those skills to not only deliver the best in managed services but also lay the foundation for localised expertise,” Morgan explained.

Grant Morgan, Group MD, SEACOM Business

As we head into 2023, we face a great challenge in terms of connectivity but also meeting enterprises’ technical, logistical, and economic requirements. We want to ask them: What is on the top of your mind? How can we help you with your digitalisation journey? These are the conversations that will inform our own journey and help spread SEACOM and the vital Internet services it offers across the region.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who put in the time and effort to join us and share in our vision of what SEACOM will be in 2023. The support of our customers, business partners, and industry stakeholders have enabled us to take the next step in this journey and continue to position SEACOM as East Africa’s go-to provider for quality and reliable Internet and network service solutions.

Tejpal Badi, MD, SEACOM East Africa
