Zain Bahrain, a telecommunications industry innovator in the Kingdom, has recently completed its latest Women Development Program “Your Brave Voice,” part of the company culture that fosters diversity and inclusion in the workplace in which all female employees’ voices are heard, respected, and welcomed as well as equally treated.
The completed Women Development program is a holistic leadership and communication course divided into ten sessions for potential female employees at Zain Bahrain. The program aims to build confidence and develop the women’s authentic voice for self-expression to resound loudly while recognizing that they are not alone. It also helps to uncover the power of words to clearly state their intended message and how to speak with conviction and command your audience’s attention.
The course was held by Paddy Kennedy, a professional speaker, speech coach, leadership coach, voice coach, and accent reduction teacher and trainer. She has been in the business of developing individuals for 49 years. Paddy is originally from Vancouver, Canada, and she now resides in Oman.
Zain Bahrain has been honored to partner with Paddy Kennedy to host the latest Women Development program, “Your Brave Voice.” The completed program focused on developing Zain Bahrain’s female staff’s overall capability, transforming their skills, developing their inner voice, and building confidence. In almost all areas of our daily lives, women have less opportunity to be heard in public, although there are many talented women whose contributions still aren’t heard. At Zain Bahrain, we aim to achieve greater and more sustainable development outcomes by integrating gender equality and women empowerment through our work. The completed course has inspired our female employees to be positive role models in society and empower their space to share their own experiences creatively.

It has been my great honor to work with the Brave Women of Zain Bahrain. Encouraging women to discover their true voice and how to use that magnificent instrument is my greatest desire. If we are ever to reach gender parity, it is crucial that women come to the table prepared to lift their voices and to do so with confidence and power. The world needs women’s voices. The world is waiting for us.
