Tigo, one of the largest telecom network, having 13 million active subscribers, partnered with Dunia Investment to launch “DILIPESA” an instant rewards and entertainment programme for its Mobile Money users.
The aim of the service is to drive a higher level of engagement and penetration of financial services among its customers, using the Gamification route.
