To purchase a ticket, Tigo customers will need to download the ZanFast Ferries App then go to booking, book ticket then select Tigo Pesa and proceed to pay. After completing the payment, customers will receive a confirmation message for the payment made and an e-ticket to be used on travel date.
“We firmly believe that through Tigo Pesa we have made it easier for passengers since they don’t need to spend much time to physically go and book tickets, just with their phone they can rest assured that their seat is reserved,” remarked Pesha.
